Beginner Level
Suitable for beginners (with or without previous experience)
Discover the richness and cultural diversity of Argentine folklore through its most iconic dances. Argentina is home to more than 70 traditional folk dances, and in this course you will learn some of the most popular ones: Chacarera, Gato, Escondido, Zamba, and of course, Tango.
This course is designed for beginners. No previous dance experience is required, and you are welcome to join either on your own or with a dance partner. Together, we will learn the basic steps, rhythm, musicality, and cultural background of each dance in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
For the Tango classes, an additional optional practice session will be offered. This extra hour gives participants the opportunity to reinforce what they have learned, enjoy social dancing, and build greater confidence on the dance floor.
