Ana Belén Villalba

Ana Belén Villalba, born in Asunción, Paraguay, is a ballet dancer, dance educator, and specialist in arts marketing. She began her dance training at the Patricia Manavella Ballet Academy in Paraguay and continued her studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011 under the direction of Birgit Keil.

Her professional career began at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe and continued as a principal dancer with the Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater Schwerin. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Leipzig Ballet, collaborating with renowned choreographers from the international dance scene.

Alongside her performing career, she has developed extensive expertise in marketing applied to the arts, particularly dance. In 2022, she completed her studies in Marketing and Advertising and gained professional experience within the Marketing Department of Leipzig Opera. Since 2015, she has initiated and directed dance projects, workshops, and cultural events in Paraguay aimed at promoting classical dance education.

Since 2023, she has been Co-Founder and Head of Marketing, Communications, and International Projects at LOFT 13 Arts and Dance Center in Leipzig. Her work combines artistic excellence with strategic cultural management and international network development.
