Nazarena Bascourleguy

Born in Rosario, Argentina, Nazarena began her dance training at the age of five, exploring various disciplines such as classical ballet, Spanish and flamenco dance, jazz dance, tango, and Argentine folklore. During her youth, she was a member of the Ballet Latinoamericano and the Ballet Estable Municipal in Rosario, where she strengthened her talent and stage experience.

At the age of eighteen, she began her career as a dance teacher at the same school where she took her first dance steps. One year later, she moved to Buenos Aires to specialize in contemporary dance at the Teatro San Martín, developing a lifelong passion for this discipline.

Nazarena currently lives in Leipzig, Germany, where she teaches ballet, contemporary dance, and children’s dance. She also works as a choreographer and dancer at the leisure park Belantis – Das AbenteuerReich and performs leading roles in children’s dance theatre productions such as “Schenk mir ein Liebkosewort”, “Das Verrückte Labor”, “Was wünschen sich Prinzessinnen?” and “Der beste Hofnarr”.
